Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery, the items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original condition as when purchased to receive a full refund. Shoes must be returned with the box. All undergarments are final sale.
Damaged Items: In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of the initial delivery for a refund or exchange.
Any items that were discounted will only be refunded for online store credit.
Any items bought in the Sale Section is final sale.
We will not issue credit for the original shipping fees charged at the time of your order unless your return is due to our error or defective product. You are responsible for the cost of shipping all returns.
Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return.
